Delete your FitApp account

In the app (instant)

1. Open FitApp and go to Settings
2. Tap Delete Account
3. Confirm

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data: workouts, personal records, food logs, body measurements, photos, posts, stories, comments, follows, and your profile. It cannot be undone.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can delete individual items at any time inside FitApp — posts, stories, comments, progress photos, food diary entries, and workout sessions all have their own delete controls. You can also email us (below) to request deletion of specific data while keeping your account.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email lkotton@icloud.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "FitApp account deletion request". Your account and all data will be deleted within 30 days.

No data is retained after deletion, with one exception: records we are legally required to keep (e.g., reports of content that violated our policies) may be retained without your account identity. See the privacy policy for details on what data the app holds.
