FitApp Terms of Use

By using FitApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

Health disclaimer

FitApp provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, stop exercising if you feel unwell, and train within your ability. Calorie, macro, and strength estimates are approximate. You exercise at your own risk.

Your content

You are responsible for content you post. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can report content and block users inside the app.

Subscriptions

FitApp offers optional monthly auto-renewable subscriptions (LITE, PRO, MAX) that unlock additional features such as unlimited history, unlimited barcode scanning, the AI coach, and meal-photo scanning. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the displayed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the current period is not refunded on cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

The service

FitApp is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change and the service may be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitApp and its creator are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes what data the app collects and how it is used. You can delete your account and all data at any time — see account deletion.
